There are USPS requirements for postage and we can provide those specifications for your project. You can put anything on the envelope, providing it passes the regulatory/legal review. You can even put fair balance on the back if you want to include the logo/name and indication of your product.

Benchmark data generates a 25% response rate for physicians, 40.5% response rate for Pharmacists and an over 50% response rate from NPs and PAs. These are just response rates, so readership would be higher. When you look at PerqHCI it shows Pharm/alert with a 69% open/readership value (double any other service tracked).

It's an audience of 170,000 pharmacists across the nation. We own the list and the data ourselves and get the information through our CE program, our sister journal company US Pharmacist and when pharmacists opt-in to continue receiving information from our company. As we own the list, we maintain its integrity through consistent scrubbing; and you can be assured we are diligent and careful with this information as the Pharm/alert name has been valued and recongnized for over 33 years within the pharmacy audience.

As these projects are so unique and individual, they must be quoted individually. We determine these based on specific details of each customer's particular project and can provide you a cost within 48 hours of your request.

These can be received in an HTML file or as a PDF. The fax is recommended to have as little art as possible due to the transmission times. We will also need room at the footer of your file for our opt-out language.

The deadline to ensure delivery is the first week of the month.

Our co-op programs are not exclusive due to the shared space concept. Custom mailings offer exclusivity.

Research reports indicate that custom mail programs receive equally strong readership results.

When branded correctly, either format gets good readership. The 9x12 format allows you more space for teaser/branding messages on the outside of the envelope and allows you to mail more substantial pieces inside.

Our data indicates similar readership for both options. The co-op allows you to get your message out more times for the same dollars while the custom offers added customization and flexibility.
